Egg-cellent Surprise from Marks & Spencer

British retailer Marks & Spencer has introduced a fun new range of private brand Easter eggs, with a surprise inside. The new mini eggs are cheese inside, and they even have a yolk

The eggs are made of Barber’s Farmhouse Cheddar and a vintage 18-month matured Red Leicester “yolk”. The mini eggs come in a cardboard box, to make them look like real chicken’s eggs.

Each one has a pretty duck egg blue “shell”, made from blue wax and they’re 250 calories each.

“Beautiful served on an Easter lunch cheeseboard, sliced into a sandwich or salad, or loaded on top of crackers.”
