Brookshire Grocery Co’s Goldenbrook Vanilla Ice Cream Places First in World Dairy Expo

\"\"Goldenbrook Ice Cream received first place for vanilla ice cream in the World Dairy Expo Championship Dairy Product Contest. Judging for the contest took place in August and included more than 1,500 entries for ice cream, cheese, butter, fluid milk, yogurt, and several other dairy products from dairy processors throughout North America.

Goldenbrook Ice Cream was established by Brookshire Grocery Co. as a private brand in 1997 and is manufactured by Hiland Dairy in Tyler, Texas. The ice cream is available at all Brookshire’s, Super 1 Foods, Spring Market and FRESH by Brookshire’s stores throughout Texas, Louisiana, and Arkansas.

Goldenbrook Ice Cream offers Premium ice cream flavors containing a few simple ingredients for the perfect balance, along with Supreme varieties featuring indulgent combinations of flavors hand-blended in small batches. Goldenbrook also manufactures sherbet and seasonal flavors including Tres Leches, Lemon Icebox, Peppermint and Seedless Watermelon Sherbet.
