The US Private Brands team is looking for a customer-obsessed Senior Product Manager to develop a cohesive product strategy in our private brand Furniture business, one of the fastest growing segments of E-commerce. This Senior Product Management will be responsible for owning and growing key categories within Bedroom Furniture, core responsibilities including:

  • Developing and managing a existing/new business.
  • Managing category P&L, including driving growth for the category and complete understanding of variables that impact the business.
  • Develop long range plans and strategic partnerships.
  • Developing and bringing to market new products.
  • Coordinating product development across international, cross-functional teams.
  • Identify process gaps; design and implement new processes to help scale the business.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about products, have strong product development and process design skills as well as outstanding project management abilities. S/he should excel in both strategic thinking, analytics and tactical execution, as responsibilities range from creating business cases, financial reviews to driving product development. The candidate should also feel comfortable dealing with ambiguity and working in a very entrepreneurial environment.

  • Partner with country teams to launch products globally.
  • Have the technical aptitude to quickly grasp complex technical issues and communicate directly with technical teams.


  • 6+ years in product management/ product development/ global sourcing / project management is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or Global Supply Chain
  • Proficient in Excel and SQL.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication abilities.
  • Strong analytic skills with experience using qualitative and quantitative to develop product strategies.


  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience with furniture, home furnishings or private brands in other retailers
  • Experience in marketing, brand management, brand development, consumer insights at a consumer-packaged-goods company, or experience working closely with those functional areas
  • Academic and practical experience with a wide array of new product, sensory, brand, advertising and customer satisfaction research methodologies
  • Exceptional written and oral communication abilities
  • Strong analytic skills with experience using qualitative and quantitative to develop product strategies.
  • Experience successfully coaching and developing others
