Christopher Durham to Keynote the International Bulk Wine & Spirits Show

Today I am excited to announce that I will be speaking at the International Bulk Wine & Spirits Show (IBWSS) July 23-24 2019. The event will be held in San Francisco, California at the South San Francisco Conference Center.

On Wednesday, July 24th, I will deliver the keynote presentation:

Whiskey, Wine & Winning! The Changing Role of Private Brand

A look at the state of Private Brand today and how retailers are using wine and spirits to differentiate and win.

The conference will feature 16 presenters over two days. Each speaker will give you an insight into what strategies and standards the industry’s top thinkers are using to shape the marketplace around you.

The IBWSS Expo will include 100 tabletop exhibitors. It is slated to be the biggest gathering of bulk and private brand wine, beer, and spirits professionals. IBWSS is dedicated to giving supermarkets, retailers, restaurants, wineries, distilleries, and other buyers an international platform to source bulk wine and spirits and meet private brand suppliers.

Christopher Durham
Christopher Durham is the president of My Private Brand and the co-founder of The Vertex Awards. He is a strategist, author, consultant and retailer who built brands at Delhaize-owned Food Lion, and lead strategy and brand development for Lowe’s Home Improvement. He has consulted with retailers around the world on their private brand portfolios including: Family Dollar, Petco, Staples, Office Depot, Best Buy, Metro (Canada), TLW (Taiwan) and Hola (Taiwan). Durham has published five definitive books on private brands, including his first book, Fifty2: The My Private Brand Project. In 2017, he will debut his newest book, Vanguard: Vintage Originals, a visual tour of innovation and disruption in private brand going back to the mid-1800’s. Dynamic in his presentation while down to earth and frank in his opinions, he has presented at numerous conferences, including FUSE, The Dieline Conference, Packaging that Sells, Omnishopper and PLMA’a annual trade show in Chicago. Durham lives in Charlotte, NC with his wife, Laraine, and two daughters, Olivia and Sarah.
