Williams Sonoma Debuts Private Brand Coffee Pods

Williams Sonoma has introduced a new line of private brand coffee capsules. The range features 100% recyclable Nespresso compatible pods and a smooth, coffee-house flavor. The new Williams Sonoma range retails for $7.95 for a 10-capsule sleeve the line is available in six varieties Intenso, Ristretto, Cremoso, Lungo, Vanilla and Decaf Intenso.

Reflecting William Sonoma’s commitment to quality, sustainability and global community, the new capsules are blended from 100% Fair Trade Certified coffee (except decaf)  The coffee beans are grown, harvested and roasted using environmentally friendly methods in a safe, ethical working environment. Proceeds are reinvested back into the local communities

Christopher Durham is the president of My Private Brand and the co-founder of The Vertex Awards. He is a strategist, author, consultant and retailer who built brands at Delhaize-owned Food Lion, and lead strategy and brand development for Lowe’s Home Improvement. He has consulted with retailers around the world on their private brand portfolios including: Family Dollar, Petco, Staples, Office Depot, Best Buy, Metro (Canada), TLW (Taiwan) and Hola (Taiwan). Durham has published five definitive books on private brands, including his first book, Fifty2: The My Private Brand Project.
