Responsibilities:
The Sr. Marketing Manager develops cross-channel, strategic marketing plans in conjunction with other marketing vehicles owners, private brand managers and coordinates execution of those plans, holding others in the organization accountable for their contributions, and measures results and develops recommendations for improvement. This position will work cross-functionally to build relationship relating to their area of responsibility. Areas include Planning, Media Planning, Retail Marketing, Brand/Multicultural Marketing, Product Marketing, Campaigns, and Sponsorship Marketing.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience plus a minimum 10 years experience in related field.

Multicultural Marketing experience is strongly preferred.

Other Information:
Excellent organizational skills/ability to work under tight deadlines. At least two years supervisory experience. Excellent organizational skills. Outstanding leadership skills. Outstanding interpersonal skills. Strong project management skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Thorough knowledge of all aspects of marketing, including strategic planning, marketing research, branding, product marketing and budgeting.

The Sr. Marketing Manager position at Office Depot is an important role that will help drive execution of the brand strategy and tactics across all audiences and touchpoints. He or she will develop cross-channel, strategic marketing plans in conjunction with other marketing vehicles owners, private brand managers and coordinates execution of those plans, holding others in the organization accountable for their contributions, and measures results and develops recommendations for improvement. A creative problem solver, team player, and driver of process-driven decision-making, this role will help guide the transition of the core offering of the organization into business services.Business savvy, organized and focused on results, she/he will help execute programs that build brand equity and relevance, drive preference and consideration, and importantly drive demand generation and profitable sales. Ability to manage budgets and project timelines is required. Multicultural Marketing experience is preferred.
