Position Summary
Vitamin World USA Corporation is searching for an experienced Brand Manager to work closely with our marketing, merchandising and innovation team on several retail product lines. The ideal candidate will have proven success in product development, innovation, and brand strategy implementation.


  • Participate in the development of product line growth strategy marketing, in partnership with product line leadership
  • Spearhead new product innovation pipeline in partnership with merchandising and marketing
  • Perform thorough market analysis and provide detailed recommendations on product assortment, pricing, promotions, value-adds, marketing and messaging, and overall brand positioning
  • Work closely with marketing on promotional messaging, product packaging and copyright


  • At least 10 years’ experience in brand innovation, market research, marketing communications, and promotion/campaign management required
  • Experience building and developing successful brands required
  • Track record of product development, innovation, and brand strategy implementation
  • Demonstrated relationship building experience at high organization levels required
  • Strong project management skills and proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience managing multiple projects utilizing cross-functional teams and supporting organizational leaders
  • Experience building successful working teams is essential
  • Strong ability to work within a team and across multiple functions
  • Adaptability and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to design and document standards procedures
  • Willingness to travel as necessary
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business required MBA preferred
