Albert Heijn Innovates With Sauces

AH Mayonnaise sugar free and Ketchup without added sugars

Why would you dip your snacks in sauce with sugar if it is just as tasty without sugar? Ahold Delhaize Dutch retailer Albert Heijn has introduced five sugar-free private brand snack sauce varieties made from 100% natural ingredients and free-range eggs. In addition to the sauces, Albert Heijn also introduces a ketchup with no added sugars. Later this year, the condiment line will be further expanded.

Besides the introduction of sugar-free variants, the snack menu is undergoing a considerable metamorphosis. The most popular snack sauces such as mayonnaise and party sauces are given more space and the AH Creamy mayonnaise (winner of the consumer association, 2017) will include six taste varieties. The shelf is supplemented with the flavors olive, lemon, yogurt, truffle, cocktail, and garlic pepper.
