Organic Garage Dives Into Private Brand

Canada’s leading independent organic grocer Organic Garage announced today the launch of its first private brand “Kitchen Originals.” The brand will focus on Certified Organic products and will launch its first SKUs at the company’s new location opening next month in Toronto’s west-end Junction neighborhood.

Organic Garage is committed to offering its customers a wide selection of healthy and natural products at everyday affordable prices. Founded in 2005 by a fourth-generation grocer, Organic Garage operates 4 stores and is headquartered in Toronto. The retailer is focused on continuing to expand its retail footprint within the Greater Toronto Area.

The launch of the new brand is a significant milestone in Organic Garage’s development plan as it will start rolling out private brand offerings across the store over the next year in multiple categories to help deliver on it’s message of “Healthier food for less”.

Christopher Durham

He is a strategist, author, consultant and retailer who built brands at Delhaize-owned Food Lion, and lead strategy and brand development for Lowe’s Home Improvement.
