Paula Summers is Director of Marketing for Food Lion, where she is responsible for bringing Food Lion’s strategy to life through every consumer touch point. She joined Delhaize America in 2013 to define and develop Delhaize America’s private brand portfolio. This work involved re-defining brand architecture, positioning and design of the current portfolio. Summers brings 20 years of CPG experience in the U.S. and internationally with brands including Dr Pepper, Snapple and 7UP.

Heath Osburn is Director Our Brands for Delhaize America, where he leads the evolution of the company’s private brand portfolio, including the recent repositioning and package design update for Food Lion brand products. He focused on the conversion process for the fresh categories, including meat, seafood, produce, bakery, deli, meals and dairy. He also supports Delhaize product innovation and sustainability initiatives. Previously, he worked for Nabisco, Kraft/Mondelez and Chiquita on small to global businesses including Grape-Nuts, Planters and OREO.

Lee Smith, is Senior Vice President of Phoenix Media Network, where she is responsible for Deli Business and Cheese Connoisseur magazines. Prior to joining PMN, she had a 20-year history in the retail sector, working for companies such as Wawa Inc., AJ’s Fine Foods, Kings Food Markets and Gristedes Supermarkets. A nationally recognized speaker, award-winning writer and an internationally recognized cheese judge, she is a subject matter expert for the American Cheese Society’s “Certified Cheese Professional” and has been an adjunct professor of marketing for Newmann University and Rutgers University.
