Walmart Renews its PLM Agreement

Walmart has renewed its product lifecycle management (PLM) agreement with provider  Trace One,

“Private Brand is a key driver of our growth, Trace One has provided a system and solution for our needs,” said Jack Pestello, Senior Vice President Walmart Private Brands.

“We are delighted and honored that Walmart has decided to extend its relationship with Trace One,” said Jerome Malavoy, CEO of Trace One. “It’s a testament to the scale of our platform and the benefits of our solution. We look forward to continued success with Walmart.”

Christopher Durham
Christopher Durham is the president of My Private Brand and the co-founder of The Vertex Awards. He is a strategist, author, consultant and retailer who built brands at Delhaize-owned Food Lion, and lead strategy and brand development for Lowe’s Home Improvement. He has consulted with retailers around the world on their private brand portfolios including: Family Dollar, Petco, Staples, Office Depot, Best Buy, Metro (Canada), TLW (Taiwan) and Hola (Taiwan). Durham lives in Charlotte, NC with his wife, Laraine, and two daughters, Olivia and Sarah.
