Hy-Vee Celebrates 85th Anniversary with Brand Wagon

Hy-vee brand wagonWest Des Moines, IA-based grocer Hy-Vee is inviting customers to help the retailer celebrate their 85th Anniversary by participating in a private brand promotion. They may enter for a chance to win a visit to their home from the Hy-Vee Brand Wagon and receive $100 for every Hy-Vee brand product (up to $8,500). Customer may register between October 1, 2015 and December 14, 2015.

Home visits will occur every Saturday between 9 a.m. – 8 p.m. (No home visits will occur on Saturday, November 28). Winners must reside within 50 miles of Hy-Vee locations. Registration limited to one entry per household, per day. Must be 18 or older to register. Other restrictions apply. See official rules for details.

Christopher Durham is the president of My Private Brand and the co-founder of The Vertex Awards. He is a strategist, author, consultant and retailer who built brands at Delhaize-owned Food Lion, and lead strategy and brand development for Lowe’s Home Improvement. He has consulted with retailers around the world on their private brand portfolios including: Family Dollar, Petco, Staples, Office Depot, Best Buy, Metro (Canada), TLW (Taiwan) and Hola (Taiwan).
