California grocer Raley’s has introduced a new organic and sustainable Private Brand option. Raley’s Organic Coffee comes from bio-diverse, organic coffee farms. The coffee is certified organic by OCIA, which means only natural, non-toxic fertilizers and pest management techniques are used. This creates cleaner beans, air, land and water.
The Organic and Single Origin coffees are also grown in the shade of lush forests where they thrive. “Shade grown coffee” is a way of growing coffee in sync with nature. This yields better quality of coffee, provides a home for wild plants and animals and keeps our regional ecosystems alive.
