E.Leclerc Strengthens Polish Private Brand Portfolio

elecrercbioFrance-based retailer E.Leclerc has announced plans to strengthen their Private Brand portfolio in Poland, aiming to grow penetration of its own brands to between 40-60%. Private Brand currently accounts for 18% of sales at the retailer’s Polish stores.

The retailer recently introduced their own Bio Village and Marque Repère labels in the Polish stores, emphasizing cheese, frozen foods, wine, and fish.

E.Leclerc entered the Polish market in 1995 and currently operates 40 stores.
