A&P Expands Woodson & James

The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company, Inc. (A&P) has extended their premium beef Private Brand Woodson & James to include marinades and all beef Angus hot dogs. The new products will be available in all A&P, Pathmark, Superfresh, Waldbaum’s and Food Emporium stores.

The new marinades are lactose and fat free and include Barbecue, Mandarin Orange, Teriyaki and Sweet Bourbon. The Angus Franks will be available in both Skinless and Natural Casing varieties. The hickory smoked, gluten free franks have no MSG, by-products or fillers and are made with 100 percent Angus beef.

“One year ago, we listened to our customers and introduced the Woodson & James Angus Beef line,” said Tom O’Boyle, Executive Vice President of Merchandising, Marketing, and Supply & Logistics. “We have received such positive feedback that we decided to extend the line.” More new products are planned throughout the year.
