Collaborates with Insights team to gather information regarding new and existing processes (for example, product launches). Develops and executes strategic plans for specific brands. Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects for Sam’s Club Private Brands. Ensures Private Brands products are marketed effectively to the target group. Ensures business needs are being met. Ensures packaging complies with legal and regulatory guidelines. Identifies and resolves potential product quality issues. Identifies new product opportunities to drive growth. Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity. Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates. Manages the execution of strategic plans for specific brands by establishing growth plans for brand portfolios. Incumbent would lead the creation and implementation of member-focused business plans; identifying and addressing the key drivers of category success. Collaborates and communicates with internal and external teams to develop and execute category strategies and plans. Manages key creative projects that directly impact Private Brands. Guides internal resources and external agencies to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget drives the development of brand plans and strategies that achieve operating plan objectives by communicating with other business areas (example: marketing). Approves creative elements, implements joint marketing programs with suppliers ensures brand compliance and established brand operating requirements. Ensures product quality by managing internal and external resources (for example; third party quality testing labs).
