Introducing the $10 Private Brand Meal Deal.

This week Schenectady, New York based grocer Price Chopper is promoting its Private Brands using its “$10 Wednesday Meal Deal.” The promotion includes a General Tso’s Asian Dinner over rice or a Mandarin Orange Chicken Dinner over rice, a Price Chopper Simply Garden Salad, and a 2-liter Price Chopper Soda/Seltzer or a 3-liter Price Chopper Spring Water. Each meal is designed to feed a family of four.

Christopher Durham is the president of My Private Brand and the co-founder of The Vertex Awards. He is a strategist, author, consultant and retailer who built brands at Delhaize-owned Food Lion, and lead strategy and brand development for Lowe’s Home Improvement.
