Delhaize owned, Scarborough, Maine based Hannaford asked for feedback from moms on its Private Brands and is using Twitter and Facebook to get the word out.
The program called “Hannaford Conversations” asks customers “How do Hannaford Brand products help you stick to your budget?”
The conversation brings “real, busy moms together to talk about what their grocery shopping experiences are really like.”
The website includes video clips and invites others to participate in the conversation.
