Harris Teeter Redesigns HT Traders

Matthews, North Carolina based grocer Harris Teeter fielded Internet-based research looking to get consumer feedback on a potential redesign of its premium Private Brand HT Traders. The research was fielded to existing customers who have signed up to receive an E-Vic promotional email.

In the research HT customers were asked to take part in a short Survey Monkey battery of questions and given examples of the proposed package redesign. Unfortunately the examples provided are difficult to see and don’t appear to do the new designs justice.
