Schenectady, New York based Price Chopper Supermarkets with 128 stores across New York, Vermont, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Connecticut has joined the social media fray with a Private Brand promotion on it Facebook fan page. The page features a coupon for $5 off any 10 Private Brand products. With more than 31,336 Facebook users who “like” Price Chopper this has the potential to be a cost effective and profitable way to drive Private Brand trial and create customer loyalty.
