New York based conference producers The Institute for International Research has announced that Joe Jackman, Acting Chief Marketing Officer for Duane Reade, will be keynoting at the 10th annual Shopper Insights in Action Conference taking place July 11-14, 2010 in Chicago, IL. His session “Revitalizing Brands: The Power of Insights to Drive Retail Transformation” will take place on Tuesday, July 13th at 10:30 am. IIR also produces the upcoming Private Brand Movement 2010 conference, which will focus on building brands at retail through strategy, design, and innovation, September 27-29, 2010 in Chicago, Illinois.
Jackman will share his Duane Reade journey and provide insight into the research that led to such the successful transformation of both the retailer and its Private Brands, which led to its recent acquisition by Walgreens.
