Kroger Launches Traceable Salads

harvestmarkAccording to an article this week in Supermarket News Ohio based grocer Kroger has teamed with HarvestMark, a food traceability system from YottaMark, Redwood City, California to create a Private Brand bag salad that offers traceability.  Customers will have easy access to information on where the Private Brand fresh salads were grown. This is part of Kroger’s “Quality You Can Trace” program.
