Susan Koeppen correspondent with the Early Show demonstrated in this piece hoe grocery shoppers can save money with Private Brands. Koeppen conducted a comparison test between ten national brands and their Private Brand competitors. Koeppen got together two families the Roystons and the Caliguiris, from Pittsburgh. Both families told Koeppen they prefer national brands, however after the test the families said they would change their shopping habits in several of the categories.
